On December 14, Colombia's National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) and the Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional (FDN) announced that financial closure had been secured for the Antioquia-Bol?var highway PPP project (also called the Ruta al Mar project), part of the country's landmark USD25bn 4G road concessions programme.
